Description

The 2015 started with Grist Vineyards Zinfandel (94%) and was blended with Petite Sirah (3%) for its tannin and berry notes and Grenache (1%), Syrah(1%) and Viognier(1%) for their aromatics and additional complexity.  As with the previous award-winning vintages, the 2015 Zinpiphany® demonstrates the qualities that make Zinfandel special: the explosive nose of spicy crushed berry fruit. The final blend was outstanding and will be at its best now and over the next 5-8 years.  Pair it with pasta, pizza, and grilled meats.
